Prep¶
Cook¶
- Blind bake pie crust
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Optionally add pie weights or dried beans.
- Bake until edges starting to brown, about 15-16min.
- Remove weights.
- Prick holes all around the bottom crust with a fork.
- Return to oven 7-8min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
- Mix filling with electric whisk.

- Other mixins (2c, opt)
- salt/pepper (.25tsp)
- Pour filling into cooled crust.
- Bake until center is just about set, about 45-55min. Cool 15min.
