Prep

  1. Mix wet - Microwave 10s all together
    1. Butter, unsalted (0.25c)
    2. Dijon mustard (3tbsp)
    3. Honey (1.5tbsp)
  2. Mix dry
    1. Pecans, finely chopped (.25c)
    2. Breadcrumbs (0.25c)
    3. Parsley, minced (4tsp)
    4. Kosher salt (0.25tsp)
    5. Black pepper (0.25tsp)
    6. Paprika (0.25tsp)
  3. Salmon - pat dry

Cook

NOTE: Recipe says 12-15m, but usually 17m.

  1. Oven 400
  2. Line high-rim sheet
    1. Salmon skin down
    2. Brush wet mix
    3. Sprinkle dry mix, press
  3. Bake 12-15m or 17m
  4. Garnish with lemon, parsley
