- Mix wet - Microwave 10s all together
- Butter, unsalted (0.25c)
- Dijon mustard (3tbsp)
- Honey (1.5tbsp)
- Mix dry
- Pecans, finely chopped (.25c)
- Breadcrumbs (0.25c)
- Parsley, minced (4tsp)
- Kosher salt (0.25tsp)
- Black pepper (0.25tsp)
- Paprika (0.25tsp)
- Salmon - pat dry
Cook¶
NOTE: Recipe says 12-15m, but usually 17m.
- Oven 400
- Line high-rim sheet
- Salmon skin down
- Brush wet mix
- Sprinkle dry mix, press
- Bake 12-15m or 17m
- Garnish with lemon, parsley
