Prep

  1. Quinoa in rice cooker
    1. Rinse
    2. Quinoa (.75c), water (1.5c)
  2. Thinly slice, bowl
    1. green onion (0.25c)
    2. snow peas (1c)
    3. Cabbage (2c)
  3. Mix sauce
    1. Peanut butter (0.25c) - Microwave 30s
    2. Soy sauce (3tbsp)
    3. Maple syrup (1tbsp)
    4. Rice vinegar (1tbsp)
    5. Sesame oil (1tsp)
    6. Red pepper flakes (pinch)
    7. Ginger (1tsp), grated
    8. Lime juice (1.5tbsp)
  4. Chop peanuts (0.25c)

Cook

  1. Mix veggies, quinoa, sauce
  2. Garnish with peanuts
