- Squeeze moisture

- Eggs (4), beat
- Dill (6tbsp), chop
- Scallions (8), chop
- Nutmeg (0.5tsp)
- Feta (1.5c), crumbled
- Salt and pepper
- Flour (1c), more if needed
Cook¶
- Form into 3-4 inch patties
- Fry
- Olive oil (5tbsp)
- 2-3m per side
- Serve with tzatziki
