  3. Bowl
    1. Zucchini
    2. Eggs (4), beat
    3. Dill (6tbsp), chop
    4. Scallions (8), chop
    5. Nutmeg (0.5tsp)
    6. Feta (1.5c), crumbled
    7. Salt and pepper
    8. Flour (1c), more if needed

Cook

  1. Form into 3-4 inch patties
  2. Fry
    1. Olive oil (5tbsp)
    2. 2-3m per side
  3. Serve with tzatziki
